Dear Guest, Welcome to Almond Stay. To ensure a luxury, peaceful, and legally compliant environment, all registered guests are strictly required to adhere to the following statutory terms and house rules during their stay:

Mandatory ID Verification & Check-In Approval Loop: In compliance with statutory government regulations, the primary guest must digitally upload high-quality copies of original Government-approved photo IDs (such as Aadhaar Card or Passport) for a minimum of two (2) adult guests via the platform dashboard or designated support channels immediately following booking confirmation. All submitted identity credentials will undergo strict verification by the Almond Stay compliance team. The official Check-In Identity Voucher / Pass will be issued to the guest only after successful ID approval. This approved voucher must be physically or digitally presented at the estate gates during check-in; failure to complete this verification loop or produce the approved voucher will result in an automatic denial of entry and check-in forfeiture with zero refund eligibility.
Strict Age & Minor Couple Policy: We do not provide farmhouse or villa stays to couples where either individual is under 18 years of age.
Unregistered Visitors: Only the exact number of guests specified during booking are permitted inside the property zones. No outside visitors are allowed without prior formal approval from the Admin Panel.
Prohibition of Sub-Letting & Commercial Reselling: Bookings made on the Almond Stay platform are strictly personal and non-transferable. Guests are completely prohibited from reselling, sub-letting, or commercially exploiting the reservation to third-party sub guests or corporate brokers. If any booking is found to be resold or transferred independently, the booking will be instantly cancelled, check-in will be denied to the sub guests, and the entire layout payout will be permanently forfeited without any refund.
Customer Feedback Authorization: The User authorizes Almond Stay and its quality verification teams to contact them via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS post checkout to collect stay reviews and feedback. Any text, feedback, or rating submitted by the user may be utilized publicly by the company for brand improvement and marketing purposes.
Data Download & Malware Disclaimer: While Almond Stay employs industry standard cybersecurity measures to secure its servers, any data, booking vouchers, receipts, or media downloaded from the Platform is obtained entirely at the User's or Host's own discretion and risk. Almond Stay shall bear zero liability for any data loss, hardware malware infections, or computer system damages resulting from such downloads.
Transactional Communication Consent & TRAI Indemnity: By registering an account or initiating a transaction, the User explicitly and unconditionally authorizes Almond Stay’s team, system bots, and automated WhatsApp Business APIs to send booking confirmations, refund status, itinerary changes, or reminders. This explicit consent shall permanently supersede any preferences set by the User under the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR/DND). The User agrees to indemnify Almond Stay against any losses or government/TRAI penalties arising from erroneous spam complaints filed by the User.

As Per Policy Deductions: If a guest cancels a confirmed booking, the cancellation charges will be calculated strictly based on the standard policy chosen during booking. All mandatory processing fees and applicable taxes will be permanently cut/deducted from the booking value before any payout is determined.
Technical Short-Charging Settlement: In cases where a technical glitch, payment interface downtime, or system routing failure results in the short-charging of a transaction value, booking tariff, statutory convenience fee, or local taxes, Almond Stay reserves the absolute right to claim, deduct, or adjust the remaining balance from the User prior to check-in. If the User refuses to clear the verified short-charged gap balance before the utilization date, the platform maintains the complete liberty to instantly terminate the booking session.
7-Day Refund Processing: After making the mandatory policy deductions, the remaining eligible balance amount will be processed and credited back to the guest within 7 working days.
Refund Mode Lock: Any eligible refund will strictly be processed through the same original payment mode (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Account) from which the booking payment was initially made. No requests for cash refunds or alternate account transfers will be entertained.
No Refund for Early Check-Out: If a guest decides to check out early or vacate the property before their designated check-out date for personal reasons, no refund or discount will be provided for the remaining unused nights.
No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive at the property on their scheduled check-in date without prior written cancellation ("No-Show"), the booking will be treated as automatically cancelled, and ZERO REFUND will be issued.

Genuine Force Majeure: In the event of a genuine and verified natural disaster or Act of God—including but not limited to Cyclones, Floods, Earthquakes, or Severe Natural Crises—where reaching or staying at the property becomes physically impossible or unsafe:
No cash or online gateway refunds will be issued to the guest.
Instead, the guest will be compensated with a Next-Time Stay Credit of equal value at the same property, subject to calendar availability and mutual coordination via the Almond Stay Admin Panel.

Strict Liquor Ban (Gujarat State Law): Gujarat is a dry state. The possession, distribution, sales, or consumption of alcohol/liquor inside the villa, farmhouse, or anywhere within the property premises is strictly prohibited by law. Guests shall be solely liable for any police raids, legal actions, or consequences arising from liquor violations.
No Gambling or Card Games: Playing cards, gambling, table betting, or any form of "Juha" (illegal gaming/betting) is strictly banned inside the property.
Extreme Crimes Absolute Disclaimer: Almond Stay and the Property Host bear absolutely zero liability or responsibility for extreme statutory crimes (including but not limited to Murder, Rape, Assault, or Fatal Injuries) committed on the premises. Only the accused individuals/guests shall be exclusively and legally liable under the Indian Penal Code. The farmhouse/villa is provided strictly for leisure stays and pre-approved events, not for any form of illegal activities.
Law Enforcement Override: If any judicial body, quasi-judicial authority, police department, or government investigation agency directs Almond Stay to cancel or withhold a confirmed booking for legal reasons, the platform shall execute the cancellation instantly without requiring any prior notice or approval from the affected Guest or Host.

Celebration Charges: A standard booking is strictly for residential stay purposes. You cannot book a regular stay and use the property for commercial parties, massive gatherings, or grand celebrations.
Separate Payout Mandate: If you wish to host a celebration/event, it must be declared beforehand. Stays are permitted only for those who have paid the pre-approved celebration/event payout charges. Unauthorized events will be stopped immediately, and heavy penalties will apply.
Strict Restriction on External Commercial Services (Food, Catering, DJ & Decorators): Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or hiring any external third-party service providers—including but not limited to outside catering teams, private cooks, live decorators, lighting vendors, DJs, or sound setups—without explicit prior written permission from the Almond Stay Admin Panel. If any external vendor arrives at the property without pre-approval, entry will be strictly denied at the estate gates, the event will be halted, and a direct violation penalty will be deducted from the security deposit.
Strict Pets & Non-Veg Food Restrictions: Pets and Non-Veg food items are strictly governed by the specific property's Home Rules. If a particular villa/farmhouse explicitly specifies that pets are NOT allowed, pets are STRICTLY prohibited from entering the premises. The guest must strictly follow that house rule without argument.
100% Property-Specific Home Rules Compliance: The guest stands legally bound to maintain 100% absolute compliance with the specific 'Home Rules' designated by the Host for the exact property booked. Specific property regulations regarding Pets, Non-Vegetarian food, and localized estate boundaries are absolute. If a particular villa/farmhouse explicitly specifies that pets, non-veg items, or certain behaviors are NOT allowed, this restriction is 100% binding. The guest must strictly follow that specific property's layout rules without any exception, dispute, or argument.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Restriction: Charging of Electric Vehicles (EVs) using the internal domestic power sockets or grid architecture of the villa/farmhouse is strictly prohibited unless the property explicitly offers an approved EV charging station. Unauthorized EV charging will be treated as utility misuse, and an immediate operational penalty of Rs. 2,000 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Punctual Check-Out: Guests must strictly adhere to the designated check-out time. Time-to-time check-out is mandatory to facilitate the property turnover protocol for the next arriving guests. Delayed check-outs without prior approval will attract hourly penalty deductions from the security deposit.
Power Backup Policy (Free or Paid Status): In the event of an electricity outage or grid failure, the power backup systems (Generator/Inverter) must be activated immediately. The financial terms for running the backup system depend strictly on the pre-decided agreement between Almond Stay and the Host, as specified on the specific property profile during booking confirmation:
If Marked as Free/Inclusive: The Host or Caretaker is strictly prohibited from demanding any extra charges, fuel fees, or utility costs from the guest for running the backup system. This service is fully inclusive of the confirmed booking amount.
If Marked as Paid/Utility Tariff: Any applicable hourly running fees, fuel costs, or extra utility consumption charges must be paid directly by the guest as per the specific property profile terms shown at the time of booking.
Guest Cooperation: In both scenarios, guests are highly requested to support energy optimization by turning off air conditioners and heavy electrical appliances when leaving the rooms or common areas.

Swim at Your Own Risk: The swimming pool and other premium amenities are available for your leisure, but guests use them entirely at their own risk. Almond Stay and the Host shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, slips, falls, medical emergencies, or accidental mishaps on the premises.
Child Supervision Mandate: Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times near the swimming pool, open balconies, or terraces.
Hygiene Protocol: Proper swimwear is mandatory before entering the pool. Eating food, drinking beverages, or bringing glassware inside or right next to the pool water is strictly prohibited.

Strict Noise Regulations: To maintain peace, harmony, and adhere to local municipal laws, strict "Quiet Hours" are enforced from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
No Loud Outdoor Music: No loud outdoor music, high-decibel sound systems, speakers, or shouting in the garden/pool area is permitted during this period. Any music played indoors after 10:00 PM must be kept at a low, conversational volume that does not disturb the local society or neighbors.
Legal Penalties: Any government, society, or police penalty arising out of noise violations or public nuisance complaints shall be borne entirely and exclusively by the guest.

Mandatory Deposit: A refundable Security Deposit must be paid by the guest at the time of check-in. If no damage is found during the joint check-out inspection, the deposit will be refunded on the spot at check-out itself.
Missing Inventory & Theft Protocol: The security deposit is bound not only for physical breaks but also for the complete inventory matching the asset list. If any item, asset, amenity, remote, luxury linen, or electronic accessory is found missing or stolen from the property premises during the checkout inspection, the full retail cost of replacing that exact asset will be mechanically deducted from the guest’s security deposit.
Damage Matrix: Guests are fully liable for any intentional or negligent damages (broken glass, stained upholstery, wall dents, broken switchboards). The exact repair cost assessed by Almond Stay management will be deducted from the deposit.
Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking cigarettes, sheesha/hookah, or vaping inside the air-conditioned rooms, bedrooms, or indoor lounge areas is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke only in designated open-air outdoor zones (gardens/balconies) and must safely dispose of ash/buds in provided ashtrays.
Fire Hazards: Lighting candles, open bonfires, or firecrackers inside or near the villa infrastructure without explicit caretaker supervision is banned due to fire safety mandates. Serviced fire extinguishers are available on the property for emergencies.
Zero-Tolerance Eviction Seizure: The possession, consumption, commercial distribution, or trade of illegal drugs, narcotics, banned substances, psychotropic chemicals, or firearms inside the villa premises is completely forbidden. Unauthorized commercial shoots, movie creation, or corporate events without separate written permissions are banned. Any verified violation will result in immediate physical eviction without notice. In such cases, the guest will receive ZERO REFUND for the stay, and the Security Deposit will be permanently forfeited.
Strict Property Hygiene, Shoe Policy & Deep Cleaning Charges: To maintain premium luxury standards, wearing outdoor shoes or chappals inside the villa/farmhouse bedrooms and indoor lounge areas is strictly prohibited. Guests must leave their footwear at the designated entrance. Furthermore, guests are expected to maintain basic hygiene during their stay. If the property is left exceptionally messy, trashed, or heavily soiled beyond normal wear-and-tear, an Extra Deep Cleaning Charge will be levied. Additionally, if the kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking pots are left unwashed and dirty at the time of checkout, a separate Kitchen Cleaning Payout Penalty will be mechanically deducted from the guest’s security deposit.
Club House, Light Cooking & Utility Payout Mandate: > * Club House Rules & Pricing: If a booked property includes access to a common or club house facility, any differential entry charges, amenities fees, or usage payouts must be borne by the guest. Guests stand 100% bound to follow the specific club house operation timings, swimming pool schedules, and internal food/beverage restrictions without argument.
Limited Kitchen Utility & No-Cook Policy: Unless explicitly specified otherwise, properties operate on a "No Dedicated Cook at Kitchen" basis. The kitchen infrastructure is provided strictly for preparing light refreshments only (such as Maggi, Tea, Coffee, or baby food). Heavy commercial cooking is not permitted.
Property-Specific Extra Utilities: For specific remote listings where the kitchen gas cylinders or continuous generator usage attracts separate operational tariffs, such additional utility payouts must be paid directly by the guest as per the specific property profile terms shown during booking confirmation.

This Guest Agreement and House Rules document constitutes an electronic record and booking contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Ticking the "I Accept" box during booking, processing payments, or checking into an Almond Stay managed property implies total, unconditional agreement to these terms. In case of any unavoidable legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall strictly and exclusively be limited to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
